General Description
Implement a marketing program that supports the
company’s goals and business objectives
Specific
Duties
Marketing
Plan
v
Assist in the development of the annual Marketing Plan
that supports the short and long-term goals of the
company
Inventory
v
Monitor and update on inventory, including best and
worst selling items, items to be discontinued, items to
be added and make recommendations for products to carry
Pricing
v
Research on similar products on the market and prepare
price comparison
Marketing
Communication
v
Research, write and translate written materials,
including printed brochures, direct mail campaigns,
product labels, section tags, etc
v
Maintain and update mailing lists; handle the
distribution of promotional materials
v
Assist in the preparation, including writing,
translating and doing graphics for the monthly customer
email and quarterly newsletter
v
Assist in the external media relations program including
development and distribution of press releases, media
presentations and interview
v
Coordinate
promotions for shop and online shop, members and
non-members
Sales
Activities
v
Develop and
implement sales programs for retail, wholesale and
institutional customers
v
Coordinate membership recruitment
v
Coordinate members communications programs including
direct mail, holiday cards and gifts, end of year gifts,
activities and events
